All cars will be supplied with a licensed
driver who will also hold SIA license; it is
the driver’s responsibility to look after
the vehicle and to keep it in good running
order. Cars will be cleaned before each
separate client will be collected this will
reflect in the price.
The client will respect that all vehicles
are non smoking, if they require smoking or
refreshments these can be supplied on
booking at an extra charge.
As part of any booking the time allocated
for the journey and mileage is in the price
stated at time of booking. Any extra time
required can in most circumstances be
supplied at an extra cost although in some
cases the vehicle may already be pre booked.
Deposits are also required at time of
booking or as soon as possible, then the
remaining balance will be either invoiced to
be paid within 30 days of completion or at
time of booking via cash or cheque. Receipts
are available on request.
Anytime & always cars has public liability
which covers all passengers and appropriate
insurances. Clients can claim against these
insurance for accidents as long as the
accident was not the clients doing. These
claims would have to be proven to be a
direct injury caused by the company, its
representatives or employees.
All beverages and consumables supplied by
the company are consumed at the clients own
discretion and the company takes no
responsibility for harm or over consumption.
Any damage caused to a vehicle whilst on
hire caused by any parties with the client
or the client themselves will be charged
for. If the damage is of large extent the
vehicle will be taken to Mercedes-Benz and
repaired at the clients cost.
